Our Story: Four Generations of Service Excellence
We have been providing world-class automotive repairs, maintenance, and customization services to the St. Louis, Missouri, community since 1948. Our business was started post-World War 2 by a combat-injured infantryman who had a passion for cars and a desire to provide top-notch service to his community. Since then, we have continued to evolve and improve, becoming a fourth-generation place of service excellence. We’re committed to continuing our legacy of providing exceptional service and expertise to our customers for generations to come.
Exceptional Customer Service Since 1948
Post World War II, Joseph Anthony DeLucia returned from serving as a Combat Infantry man. Suffering a gunshot wound, he convaleseed in England and was trained to work on aircraft engines. With a G.I. loan, he created North Star Service Station. NorthStar was a full-service shop, pumping gas and cleaning windshields to engine overhauls and speed work. The original shop was on Long Island, about 30 miles east of New York City.
